It was recently announced that Jobmatch’s partner Hapro Jobb og Karriere was awarded the honorary prize of “Service and Trade Company of the Year 2022” by NHO Service og Handel (Norwegian Federation of Service Industries and Retail Trade). Jobmatch therefore extends special congratulations to its Norwegian colleagues and looks forward to a continued exciting collaboration.
– This further confirms that it was the right decision to choose Hapro as Jobmatch’s partner in Norway, says Klaus Olsen, CEO of Jobmatch.
Hapro Jobb og Karriere is one of Norway’s leading competence centres, offering work-life oriented measures, courses, and labour market services. More than 4,000 people a year receive help with retraining, career guidance, management coaching and skills development. The jury’s justification for the award highlighted Hapro’s efforts to help people enter the labour market and to help companies retain their employees.
“I think the most important thing was that we got a total of 700 people from social security into work and that 56% of those who have received preparatory training with us have ended up in work or further education,” says Åge Skinstad, CEO of Hapro Jobb og Karriere.
Through the cooperation with Jobmatch, which started in October 2022, Hapro has been able to add the personality test Jobmatch Talent and the career tool Jobmatch Career to its services. The award also acknowledged the new collaboration, which has helped Hapro reach new target groups.
“Jobmatch is a very good complement that is very valuable in several HR-oriented services such as recruitment, redeployment, team development and leadership training. We have received good feedback from the customers we have been in contact with and have high confidence in Jobmatch in the Norwegian market, says Åge Skinstad.
Jobmatch’s comprehensive testing system facilitates HR processes in areas such as recruitment, job interviews, reference taking, development interviews and management and employee development. This is something that Jobmatch CEO Klaus Olsen believes will lead to further success for Hapro.
“Hapro will be able to offer its customers and users a much broader range of tools that will enable them to offer services in areas they have not worked with before.
In return, he believes that Hapro’s influence on the Norwegian labour market will strengthen Jobmatch’s establishment in the neighbouring country.
“Even if we have some customers in Norway, we need a partner like Hapro for Jobmatch to become big in our neighbouring country. Jobmatch has solutions that are not available in other testing systems, so I think that together with Hapro we have an exciting future to look forward to,” says Klaus Olsen.
