Jobmatch expands in Norway – new partnership with Sund Raad AS

Jobmatch Sweden continues its expansion in the Norwegian market by forming a partnership with the consulting company Sund Raad.

Sund Raad is a consulting firm primarily serving small and medium-sized businesses, with specialised expertise in creating engaged employees and attractive workplaces. Sund Raad becomes Jobmatch’s second partner in Norway and will integrate the DNV-certified Jobmatch Talent test into its consulting offerings.

“Jobmatch Talent fits well into our strategy, where evidence-based methods and high quality are crucial to helping our clients recruit and strengthen the right employees. We specifically chose Jobmatch because of the test’s scientific foundation, high predictive validity, and certification by Det Norske Veritas (DNV),” says Lillian Mathisen, CEO of Sund Raad.

The collaboration with Jobmatch allows Sund Raad to market, sell, and integrate Jobmatch Talent into its operations. This enables the company to better analyse and evaluate the skills and potential of prospective employees.

“Sund Raad, together with Hapro Jobb og Karriere, with whom we began collaborating in 2022, complements each other, creating a stronger foundation for Jobmatch to continue its growth,” says Fredrik Nordén, Globalization Manager at Jobmatch Sweden.

So far, over 700 tests have been conducted through Hapro with positive feedback from clients. Jobmatch is seeing steadily increasing demand as the Norwegian market matures, and more people are recognising the benefits of occupational psychological tests.
