This is how we work with GDPR

We always prioritize the privacy and data security of our customers and users, but even more important are the concerns from the perspective of the test taker and their integrity. The main purpose of the GDPR regulation is to increase citizens’ control over their personal data. Other purposes include strengthening data security regarding personal data and avoiding unnecessary storage of data by authorities, organizations, and companies.

To you who take our tests On May 25, 2018, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) came into effect in Sweden and the rest of the EU. To ensure you feel confident in how we at JobMatch Sweden handle your data, we want to inform you of the following:

  • The entity that has asked you to fill in one or more tests is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. They are the data controllers.
  • At JobMatch Sweden, we provide an online system for testing and thus act as data processors.
  • Before you fill in any of our tests, you will be asked to review information on how we handle your personal data. You can find this information here.

To you who use our tests

To ensure that you feel confident in our compliance with GDPR regulations and to inform you of how we handle both your and your test takers’ data, all our customers and users receive written agreements that regulate test usage and the relationship between us as the provider and you as the customer/user. These agreements are available in our online test system

  • Our Privacy Policy regulates the customer/supplier relationship between us concerning personal data, security, and confidentiality. You can find the Privacy Policy here.
  • In the Data Processing Agreement, you’ll find information about our responsibilities, data security, processing, and storage of personal data. To read the agreement in full, click here.

We hope that both you as a test taker and you as a customer feel secure with us!
