Privacy policy, JobMatch Sweden AB

It is important for us to protect our client’s and supplier’s personal data and to ensure that all data processing is in line with the latest European regulations for the storing and registering of personal data, EU 2016/679, GDPR.

This is how JobMatch Sweden AB processes our customer or supplier data.

Below you will find a description of how JobMatch Sweden AB, in its role as Data controller, processes your personal data.

We may process the following data:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • User name and password to jobmatchcenter.com
  • Order information
  • IP address
  • Other relevant information that you provide when you contact us

Where appropriate, we store your JobMatch Talent results, which are pseudonymised or erased after 24 months.

Aim of processing and legal grounds

We process your personal data with the aim of being able to administer our customer and supplier relationships, provide and market our services, order goods and services, pay invoices, and provide support. The data processing is based on the need for us to be able to fulfil our agreement with our customers and suppliers, as well as informing them of our products, news and services on an ongoing basis.

Storing personal data

We store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for us to fulfil the purpose of the storage. If the customer/supplier relationship with us ends, we will save your name, address, email address and phone number, as well as previous price and order information in case you wish to come back to us.

Insofar as your personal data is no longer necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing, or if the processing is no longer legal for any other reason, we pseudonymise or erase your information.

Who can access your personal information?

We don’t sell, give out, or in any other way transfer identifiable information to external parties. However, some information may be shared with trusted third parties, such as the company that provides our website, our administration program, and our auditor and IT services. In such cases a Data processing agreement will be entered into that ensures that your personal data will only be processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.

We respect your rights

According to the GDPR EU 2016/679, Article 15, you may, without charge and once per calendar year, request information in writing on what personal data we process about you, and how we process this.

You also have the right, under Article 16, EU 2016/679, to request the rectification of personal data that we process about you.

Under Article 17, EU 2016/679, you have the right to have your personal data removed if this is no longer necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or if the personal data was processed illegally.

Under Article 18, EU 2016/679, you have the right to request that we restrict processing your personal data in some cases. For example, if you contest the accuracy of the personal data you can request that we restrict processing for the time it takes us to check if the data is correct.

Under Article 21, EU 2016/679, you have the right to object to the processing and storage of your personal data.

If we do not agree with your objections to our processing of your personal data, we must demonstrate compelling, well-founded reason that weighs heavier than your interests, rights, and freedoms to continue processing your data.

Under Article 21, paragraph 3, you have the right to request that your personal data is not used for direct marketing. Requests must be made in writing to the Data controller.
