JobMatch Talent
JobMatch Talent (JMT) is an in-depth precision test for recruitment and development, suitable for individual employees and managers as well as for groups. With 30 work-related qualities it gives you a nuanced image of the person tested. The test is audited and certified by DNV and developed to predict actual work performance. JobMatch Talent is based on work-related psychometrics. JMT is practical as the test can be used at all levels of your organisation, from production, service and administrative staff to managerial level.
Get started straight away without training
We have focused on developing self-explanatory reports and an educational approach that allows you to use the test directly and without training. You get your own online JobMatch Centre, where you can easily manage all processes. You choose which reports you want to use and when it’s time for interpretation assistance and feedback, you can book a time when you want us to call you.
145 different person specifications
You can also use the JMT test with our matching tool, where you can integrate the JobMatch Talent result with any of our 145 person specifications. Now you not only get an accurate prediction of the person’s performance, you will also get a powerful recruitment test where you can instantly see how well the person matches the requirements for a specific role.
The JMT Matching tool is a dynamic system where the person specifications continuously evolve as the needs of working life change. As a user you also have the possibility of creating your own person specifications. As the Matching tool is so customisable, it is not possible to certify it under DNV. Only the actual JobMatch Talent test is certified.
JMT chart
Provides a clear overview of the candidate’s way of working and collaborating on 30 different aspects. If you use JMT as a recruitment test, you can get an overall perspective of the candidate while checking whether the person meets your requirements. In the JMT chart you will also find two different scales that indicate the possibility of faking.
JMT Match chart
When you add person specifications to a JobMatch Talent result, you can also create a Match chart. In this, you will see how the candidate’s working qualities relate to the person specification you selected. In your JobMatch Centre, you can match the result an unlimited number of times against other person specifications to see which profile the candidate matches best. As the person specifications are developed continuously as the needs of working life change, it is of course not possible to certify the matching system under DNV. Only the JobMatch Talent test itself is certified, not the link to the person specifications.
Key report
The key report gives you the most important information about your candidates together on one page. You will see a match percentage in relation to the person specification you have linked to JobMatch Talent. It also includes a number of checkpoints to focus on in job interviews and reference checking as well as an indicator for any possible faking.
The key report provides a good solution in your recruitment process when you want to present one or more candidates to, for example, a department manager or other person who needs an overview. You can view several Key Reports next to each other and quickly see which candidates you should proceed with.
Personal work style
The Personal work style report can be used when you are recruiting and helping employees and managerial staff to evolve. You get a detailed description of how the candidate behaves and acts in different job situations. The report covers everything from work structure, stress tendencies and motivation to how the person collaborates with others. You also get concrete tips on what it is important to consider to adapt your leadership to the person.
Summary
This report gives you three bullet point lists of the candidate’s qualities and behaviours in relation to the selected person specification. One list describes what matches, one list explains what does not match and may need to be worked on, and the third list points out qualities and behaviours that may be worth looking into more closely. If you choose another of the 145 different person specifications, you will get a new summary description in bullet point form of what matches/does not match these requirements.
Reference guide
You use the reference guide when you need a tailored document with specific and relevant questions to ask the candidate’s referees. The questions are based on the JMT results in relation to the chosen person specification. If you change the person specification the reference guide is automatically adapted to the new profile that you have chosen. The reference guide also provides you with tips on what it is important to focus on during the interview.
Sales and customer service profile
The sales and customer service profile is used in the recruitment and advancement of sales and customer service staff. It works as a sales test which is included in your purchase of the JMT test.
It gives you an overview of how this person behaves in terms of selling. It shows the four main sales styles that are related to the DISC theory, and 8 important sales and service qualities. The profile also includes a self-interpretation section, which allows you to give the report to your salesperson without further instructions.
Motivation profile
JobMatch Talent includes a motivation profile that shows the challenges and work areas that give the candidate energy or drain their energy. This can be a great deal of help when recruiting, developing, coaching and during employee appraisals.
Stress profile
The stress profile gives you a good overview of the stress factors that can affect the person.
It is an important tool for managers, but it is also used in the recruitment process to open the dialogue on what can cause negative stress – making it possible to avoid the worst pitfalls for the new employee.
The stress profile can pave the way for giving employees a more harmonious working day because it shows where you may need to take action in a concrete manner.
Leadership profile
The leadership profile is used for both recruitment and development. The profile shows nine different management styles and to what extent it is easy and natural for the candidate to use these different styles. With this you can easily see if the person has the attitude and leadership style that suits your business as well as what they may need to develop or tone down. When recruiting managers, the management profile is a valuable component in decision making.
Team report and QuickMatch
When you want to build teams or see how two or more people match with each other, you can create a team report based on the tests which have already been completed. This will give you a simple and clear picture of how their working methods relate to each other. You can also do a QuickMatch and match a job seeker to, for example, the person’s prospective manager or colleagues, and in this way take another step to ensure a successful recruitment.
Evaluation guide
The evaluation guide is a self-explanatory report to help you to interpret the test result yourself. It is intended for people who are not certified in JobMatch Talent. You can safely use it as written feedback for the candidate. The report shows 30 of the candidate’s work-related qualities. There is no right or wrong here. Regardless of whether the person has high or low scores for the different qualities, there is always a report of the positive and negative aspects that may be relevant to the respective scores. This ensures that a candidate will probably never feel affronted and that those who read the report get an objective view of the result.
Test candidate’s report
You do not need to give your candidates any oral feedback on the results unless you want to do so yourself. You can produce reports in JobMatch Centre that you can safely pass on to the candidate who took the test. You can also choose to let the candidate automatically accesses his/her results.
The test candidate’s reports consist of the interpretation guide and personal work style. Both of these reports are completely self-evident and are designed for self-interpretation.
DNV-audited tests
To ensure the quality of the tests you use, make sure that the instrument is audited and certified by DNV. Previously, the STP, under the Psykologförbundet (Association of psychologists), audited personality tests and psychometric tests in Sweden. However, they never approved or certified any test instruments. Det Norske Veritas, DNV, has taken over the audit role today. When a test has been certified by DNV it means that it has been reviewed, approved and certified by DNV. Here it is also important to distinguish whether a personality test has been reviewed according to the previous guidelines or according to the new, more demanding EFPA guidelines that came into force in Sweden in 2015. The JobMatch Talent test was the first test in Sweden to be audited and certified by DNV according to the new EFPA guidelines.
