Jobmatch Sweden, the provider of the certified occupational psychology testing tool Jobmatch Talent, has entered into a strategic partnership with the Spanish psychological consultancy Cotera Performance. The aim is to establish Jobmatch’s tests in Spanish-speaking markets.

Through the partnership, Cotera Performance – which specialises in corporate culture, talent development, and employee wellbeing – can now integrate Jobmatch’s DNV-certified tools into its consultancy services. The collaboration also enables a new line of business for Cotera, offering clients improved recruitment processes.

“This partnership opens up the opportunity for international expansion, primarily into Latin America. Partly because of the large Spanish-speaking population, and partly due to the simplicity of using Jobmatch’s tests and sharing the results online between employees and HR staff,” says Rubén García García, CEO of Cotera Performance.

In recent years, Spain has experienced significant economic growth and is one of the fastest-growing economies in Europe. This growth has led to an increased demand for qualified labour, particularly in the technology sector.
