Jobmatch Sweden is now entering Lithuania and entering into a strategic partnership with recruitment company Biuro, which will receive exclusive rights to use and offer the certified testing tool Jobmatch Talent. The collaboration is part of Jobmatch’s long-term international expansion strategy.

Biuro has over 20 years of experience in HR and recruitment services in the Baltic region and works with both national and international clients. The company is one of the region’s leading players and has an extensive network of both candidates and employers.
Through the partnership, Biuro becomes the official and exclusive partner of Jobmatch Sweden in Lithuania. Biuro is responsible for sales, implementation and professional support to clients who use Jobmatch psychometric tests in their recruitment and development processes.

The Baltic region is characterised by relatively strong economic growth, increased internationalisation and a high level of digital maturity. At the same time, there is a clear need for more accurate, objective and user-friendly recruitment tools than the traditional tests that have long dominated the market.
“Psychometric tests are already used in Lithuania, especially by larger and international organisations, but many tools are either generic or based on simplified personality types. There is a clear demand for more work-related and practical tests. We see Jobmatch Talent filling an important gap in the market,” says Jurge Kovas, CEO of Biuro.
Jobmatch Talent is used as a complement to structured interviews and reference checks and contributes to more data-driven, fair and sustainable recruitment decisions by focusing on behaviour, motivation and actual job performance.
