Jobmatch Sweden Launches in Hungary – New Partnership with Eujobs HR-Group

Jobmatch Sweden continues its international expansion and is now establishing operations in Hungary through an exclusive partnership with Eujobs HR-Group. Under the agreement, Eujobs HR-Group becomes the official Jobmatch Talent Partner and will hold exclusive rights to use and offer Jobmatch’s occupational psychological assessment tools on the Hungarian market.

“The Hungarian market for occupational psychometric testing is increasingly demanding data-driven HR solutions. However, there is still a lack of scientifically based tests that provide deep psychological work-related insights — a gap that Jobmatch intends to fill,” says Fredrik Nordén, Globalisation Manager, Jobmatch Sweden.

Strong Partnership with Eujobs HR-Group

For more than 20 years, Eujobs HR-Group has provided professional HR solutions in Hungary. The group offers services such as staffing, recruitment, student employment, senior workforce solutions, employment solutions for individuals with reduced work capacity, and flexible work models for parents with young children. Each year, nearly 18,000 people are employed through the group at more than 250 client companies across a wide range of industries.

“Our agreement with Jobmatch was signed in 2025 with the goal of further strengthening our data-driven HR solutions and expanding our service offering to our partners,” says Zsanett Szabó, Brand & PR Manager, Eujobs HR-Group.

The partnership authorises Eujobs HR-Group to use and integrate Jobmatch’s occupational psychological assessment tools within its recruitment, development, and talent selection processes.

“With Jobmatch Talent (Personality) and Jobmatch LogiQ, we gain deeper insights into candidates’ personalities, motivation, and working styles — enabling us to recommend optimal candidates to our clients. In addition, the tests will be used for internal talent development and career planning,” says Zsanett Szabó.

Why Eujobs Chose Jobmatch

“We chose Jobmatch because it is a scientifically validated, internationally recognised, and user-friendly psychometric system that perfectly aligns with our innovation- and data-driven HR strategy. Jobmatch provides reliable and objective feedback, increases accuracy in hiring decisions, and improves the match between individuals and roles. We particularly value the system’s Scandinavian professional background and strong research foundation,” says Zsanett Szabó, Eujobs HR-Group.

Growing Demand for Scientific Testing in the Region

“The market for psychometric assessments in Hungary is still in an early development stage and is mainly used by international companies and larger organisations. At the same time, demand is clearly increasing as HR professionals increasingly recognise the need for objective and scientifically validated tools to streamline recruitment and talent management,” says Zsanett Szabó.

Eujobs HR-Group aims to broadly introduce the Jobmatch system in Hungary and contribute to the professionalisation of the labour market.

“Our ambition is to raise the quality and precision of recruitment and deliver HR solutions at the highest level. With Jobmatch, our customers can strengthen their competitiveness and make more data-driven decisions,” says Zsanett Szabó.

A Key Part of Jobmatch’s International Growth Strategy

The cooperation in Hungary is part of Jobmatch Sweden’s ongoing international expansion strategy. The company is now established in twelve countries, including Sweden, Norway, Finland, Hungary, Germany, Portugal, and Austria.
